Sturm, Ruger firearms are sold to federally certified independent wholesale distributors only, who in turn sell to independent federally licensed retail firearms dealers with regular business hours, and who stock a variety of Ruger firearms for demonstration and resale to qualified individual purchasers in full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Sturm, Ruger is headquartered in Southport, Conn., with plants and foundries in Newport, N.H. and Prescott, Ariz.
