Experienced in driving results in highly matrixed organization through successfully which transformed traditional IT departments into a product centric culture, defined and implemented shared services, global outsourcing strategies and led various acquisitions and divestitures. Currently the Chief Digital and Technology Officer(CDTO) leading digital transformation of the way RNL engages and services their clients in higher education industry by modernizing to cloud and on-premise technical capabilities and solutions. Spearheaded re-designing technology teams into Plan, Build and Run model. Introduced global delivery model with teams in USA, Columbia, India, Manila and Romania. Implement Azure Synapse Data Lake as the foundation with Azure ML OPS, DataRobot and SAS to delivery analytics capabilities to our clients. Setup Analytics center of excellence by hiring Chief Data Scientist and 10 data scientists/analysts. Enabled self service Data Visualization by leveraging PowerBI. Prior to joining RNL, Kader led all of Technology Build and Delivery organization across Cartus. He joined Realogy to oversee Cartus Technology Digital Transformation Strategic Initiatives.
