I am a Board-level Technology and Operations leader with 25 years’ experience driving performance, efficiency and digital transformation for major media organisations, including RTÉ, BBC and South Africa’s SABC. ORGANISATIONAL STRATEGY ♦ I spearhead organisational strategies that deliver operational excellence, achieving large-scale cost and efficiency benefit, and support revenue-generating activity, including launch of new digital products and services. ♦ A valued ExCo member, I combine deep commercial skills with broad understanding of front-to-back business functions, including technology, digital, production and broadcast operations, project management, corporate / business development, finance and HR.
