After spending my early career in the army, I was left with a set of experiences that gave me a different outlook on life. It also built in me a strong sense of values, independent thinking and a desire to get things done. Early civilian roles in sales shaped my sense of relationship building for the long term, something that I have carried through my career. The path to partner and CMO has been built on a track record of delivering results across sales, marketing, and communications, with a primary focus on digital. I have been part of the RSM family through a significant amount of change, helping to shape and influence the direction of travel to build the firm we are today. Leading on significant projects like our global rebrand and our digital transformation, including designing, building and rolling out Dynamics 365 has kept me at the forefront of developments in marketing and relationship sales. More importantly, the improvements they have delivered have launched a fresh new brand with a future looking digital emphasis into the middle market space. RSM is evolving.
