As a respected executive I enjoy acting as a mentor and speaking at public events. I have 7 years innovation management experience, leading an international innovation programme. I am a strong proponent of Synectics and Design Thinking as essential business tools. I've created successful customer focused events and activities, enabling proposals that led to the delivery of new products and services. I have 8 years’ experience in business management including transformation leadership, customer relationship management, sales and marketing. I am a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), with management focused higher education qualifications from Duke, Cranfield and Loughborough Universities. Prior to focusing on business management my background is in industrial design. I have received national and international awards for creativity and have 8 years’ experience in creative multimedia including graphic design, print, 3D, video, web and mobile app development. I'm also an Associate of British Institute of Professional Photographers.
