My career in tech started in college when I founded my first company and discovered my talent for user experience and design. Today, I’m an accomplished leader who’s built product management and design teams, scaled products to millions of users, and now I help other leaders across multiple industries do the same with their products. Building rewardStyle and LTK from the ground up as a founding employee taught me countless lessons from how to successfully grow a minimal product, to coaching and leading teams through several growth phases as we became more data driven — then multiplying our efforts into a portfolio of products worth billions. At Dialexa, I focus most of my energy on empowering our teams to be effective product leaders as we build amazing solutions for our clients. My perspective on the art of effective product leadership is that the small moments of challenging your own decisions and how you make them, are just as important as the big ideas and aspirations of changing the world.
