Hey, I’m Charlie and I look after PR for Reward Gateway. I joined in July 2010 and since then I can honestly say there’s not a single day where I’ve not wanted to come to work. My job title is PR Manager but I like to think of myself of more of a storyteller, my task to get as many people behind our mission of making the world a happier place to work as possible. Wouldn’t it be great if everyone was in a job that they loved?! Everything from in-house and external events, building relationships with the media, analysts and influencers, our customer advocacy programme and social media fall under my remit. If you looked at my Insights Profile, you’d see I’m a ’rare creative type’ which I always laugh at as it’s never how I’d describe myself, but when I look at the list above, I think it’s quite fitting. I love spreading the word on how our 1,200 clients in the UK, USA and Australia are rolling out initiatives to help their employees become more engaged, providing an environment for HR professionals to connect, learn and inspire each other, as well as sharing the expertise of our thought leaders with the market. I feel very fortunate to work for a company that makes a positive impact on millions of employees lives by giving them the tools they need to be engaged at work.
