Reward Gateway is an internet company that operates as an Employee Engagement Platform.

Currently responsible for the overall IT service at Southbank International School. With a team spread over three campuses supporting over 1000 staff and students.Before that I worked for Reward Gateway building out the IT systems & support from one small London office throughout it's national and international expansion to eight offices in the US, Europe and Australia. The company went through two PE buyouts while I was there, eventually selling for $220 million.Have several years experience of leading teams based in multiple locations as well as internationally. Have built new teams as well as managing existing ones.I’ve always been a big believer in the real value - both tangible and intangible - that great technology can bring to a company. I’m excited about the changes I see in tech at the moment, much of it relating to cloud computing and the power, flexibility and redundancy it can bring. I am well-versed in leading-edge technologies and practices, such as wireless & deskphone-less offices, BYOD, cloud adoption and flexible working as well as managing mixed environments (Windows, Mac OS, Chrome OS). Finally, I have proven experience in delivering complex, often concurrent projects over multiple territories and am studying for the PRINCE2® project management qualification.
