Its digital service uses the latest technology to eliminate the forms, codes, agents, extra time and fees typical of the traditional money transfer process. Remitly is authorized to operate in 49 states (including Washington, D.C.) and sends millions of dollars to thousands of people each week. I am a General Manager with a passion for scaling businesses and building high-performance organizations. I have operated in Fortune 100 to VC-backed businesses and found my niche to be in pre IPO high growth businesses. As Chief Growth Officer, I led hypergrowth at Remitly (RELY), a digital payments company. Joined the executive team shortly after Series-A funding and over 4 years scaled revenue from <$5MM to ~$100MM, user base from few thousand to ~1 million, and expanded from 1 to 20+ markets. Also participated in three rounds of funding raising $100MM+ from marquee investors, and laid the foundation for IPO. Remitly now ranks globally among the top three digital disruptors in the international digital payments space. I drive results by articulating a clear strategy, leaning in with strong analytics, customer, and commercial orientation; and building a talented team. I spent my formative years at Capital One across a variety of roles in Marketing & Analytics, Pricing, New Products, and eventually P&L management role.
