I started as an engineer 10+ years ago and have grown within the organization to run Red Ventures' largest and fastest growing businesses.I am a driven and passionate entrepreneur, technologist and general manager with a proven track-record in creating significant value across various different verticals, roles and responsibilities. My strengths include problem-solving, innovation, effectively working w/ people both internally and externally and helping grow and develop strong talent and leaders.I am a huge Arkansas Razorback fan and just love SEC football and basketball. I am also happily married and we recently had our first son Aarav a year ago and it has been an amazing experience!I am interested in joining the boards or advising companies that are solving interesting problems using technology. I am also very passionate about women's equality and empowerment in all aspects of society and would love to explore any causes related to that.
