In high school, I won an essay contest by writing about how I wanted to be a telephone, a conduit for sharing information and ideas between people. Now I have the opportunity to do this every day as I manage the marketing and public relations efforts for RBFCU, one of the largest financial cooperatives in the US. At heart, I'm a storyteller and I approach each project as an opportunity to be the voice of the organization, to precisely articulate our position and to drive action. My areas of expertise include digital and online marketing, media relations, social media, government relations, crisis communications and internal communication. The area where I really stand out is writing. I love the thrill of putting the right words in the right order and nudging the world a little.
