I’m a lifelong learner and collaborator who loves a challenge. That’s why whether it’s studying minority literature with Nikki Giovanni, helping Q2 go public, building bands, launching products, or visiting financial services executives across the globe I bring curiosity and energy to every new experience. I believe in hard work, curiosity, developing talent, and supporting diversity at work and in our community. In another life I played quarterback at Virginia Tech and the NFL. When I’m not taking on new challenges, I focus on my physical and mental health, my relationship with my three amazing kids, and the daily practice of expressing appreciation to others.
