I am a seasoned sales, marketing, and E-commerce executive within the hotel/resort/conference center industry. I work effectively with key stakeholders, peers, and property associates to grow profitable RevPar. I believe in the importance of closing the "knowing-doing" gap to ensure that key strategies that have been developed are understood and executed well at the property level. I have deep experience with overall revenue strategy development, owner communications/relationships, and internal leadership/stakeholders. My experience is with both branded (all brands), and independent resorts, hotels, and conference centers. I have had oversight of all key revenue generation disciplines; Direct Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, and Revenue Management.
