Corporate Engineering experience spans a total of seventeen (17+) years with positions /experience in Engineering Management, Project Management, Product Development, Validation, and Design for Global Tier 1 Automotive Suppliers. Possess Broad Knowledge base of engineering systems, component level design and manufacturing processes. Product Development experience includes, window lift motors, Engine Cooling Fan and Shroud Assemblies. Core Expertise is Engineering Management of the Design & Development Processes for Wiper / Washer Systems and supporting components (design & tooling of injection molded plastic components, metal forming /stamping practices, wipe element profile development, rubber extrusion, DC motors, spring design, Data Acquisition and automotive sound quality methods.) • 10+ Years of Engineering, Program Management, New Business Development Experience (2002-Current) in automotive industry indicates strong ability to manage internal and external resources to meet/exceed customer and corporate fiscal, timing and development objectives. • Inventor / Co-Inventor on 4 US Patents and 2 International Patents shows proven track record of innovative thinking and ability to drive ideas from conceptual form, through development and to completed product. (additional patent appllications pending) • Experienced in applying the following engineering techniques and generating the respective documents that apply to real world design & manufacturing issues. Each of Areas listed allow for structured approached to problem definition and problem solving methodology that can be applied outside the automotive arena. – Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), FMEA, Control Plans, DVPR Statistical Engineering Problem Solving Techniques, Design of Experiments (DOE), and GD & T Techniques, Familiar with PPAP procedures for Ford /GM/Chrysler OEMS & APQP *Six Sigma Black Belt Candidate - Dec. 2014
