I have long management experience in different organizational units both on the IT- and business side where one of my main tasks and accomplishments have been creating efficient organizations to secure that processes and goals deliver in line with company targets. As advisor at PwC I work with clients of various sizes in different sectors where there is a need to establish an efficient governance model, especially within the IT area. There are many ways, methods and frameworks to establish efficient governance however I believe in simplicity and choosing methods and measurements after audience.
