Since 27 years, I work in the Information Technology domain. I was involved from the infrastructure to the Business, from the delivery to the worldwide Strategy definition for big companies like AXA and Publicis. I worked as IT Senior Manager in different domains : - Applications - Program Management - Operational Management - Change Management So, I understand the different organizational and human constraints to make the things happen. Pragmatic, results-oriented, with good listening and synthetic qualities, my efficiency and my results are recognized. My experience and soft skills be that I am often involved in complex environments where the strategy has to be defined and then deployed in operational reality. Each time, I was involved to deliver concrete results. ------------------ J’ai eu l’occasion, au cours de mes 27 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de systèmes d’information, d’enrichir mon parcours à différents niveaux d’organisation en passant de l’infrastructure au métier et de la réalisation à la définition de la stratégie IT monde pour des grands groupes de cultures différentes comme AXA et Publicis. J’ai travaillé comme Directeurs au sein des systèmes d’information dans les domaines suivants : -Applicatifs -La direction de programme -Management opérationnel -La gestion du changement Cela m’a permis de comprendre les différentes contraintes organisationnelles et humaines et d’identifier les leviers du changement. Pragmatique, orienté résultat, doté de bonnes qualités d’écoute et de synthèse, mon efficacité et mes résultats sont reconnus. Mon expérience et mes qualités relationnelles font que je suis souvent sollicité pour intervenir dans des environnements complexes où la stratégie doit être définie puis déployée en réalité opérationnelle. J’ai eu ainsi l’opportunité d’intervenir sur les différents métiers des systèmes d’information, toujours dans l’optique d’un résultat concret.
