As the Business Development and Marketing Associate at a fast-growth fundraising firm, I take marketing and PR efforts to the next level, developing lasting brand loyalty while generating sales leads. For example: ► Made striking impression by rebranding annual conference from formal dinner to relaxed brewery event—complete with swag gift beer mug—that sparked many business conversations. ► Enabled firm to “share the stage” on national level with larger firms, expanding Dallas event to San Francisco and New York gatherings, resulting in an expanded network of clients and contacts. ► Executed a targeted PR outreach that doubled interviews in industry publications. ► Enhanced collaborative culture by unifying disparate input from local managing partners and European partners to come to mission statement consensus.
