Heath joined the internal executive search team at JPMorgan Chase in 2013 with responsibility for Managing Director (MD) level recruitment in the Corporate Sector. Prior to joining JPMorgan, Heath co-led the Financial Officers practice of a boutique financial services executive search firm headquartered in Boston. There he managed a portfolio of searches that included chief auditors, chief financial officers, treasurers, heads of corporate strategy, chief accounting officers, controllers, and technical accounting experts. Heath joined the firm as an Associate in 2006. Over the next 5 years he developed numerous new clients and was recognized for expanding the expertise of the Financial Officers practice in the areas of internal audit, corporate strategy, and technical accounting. In 2011, he was promoted to Director & Co-Head of the practice and relocated to New York to help launch a new office. While in New York, Heath furthered the reach of the Financial Officers practice, while also establishing himself as the organization's go-to consultant for senior risk management mandates. He also distinguished his search practice during a time of significant challenge and change in the financial services industry by creating "thought leadership" pieces to be presented to executives of current and prospective clients – they helped Heath achieve a notable increase in searches originated. During his tenure, Heath was consistently one of the top producing search consultants and was responsible for introducing and managing several of organization’s highest revenue generating clients.
