Building Innovative Teams • Built Prosper.com’s Data Science team from the ground up. Team was the first in the US to have a machine-learning model for risk-decisioning that was approved by banking regulators. • Built R&D team at PayJoy that developed Score API, a credit score for emerging market users that is 3x more powerful than a traditional credit score and only requires a user to have a smartphone. • Executive running Payjoy Finance operations of 65 employees, financing over 20k users monthly at hundreds of retail outlets and directly through a cash-lending mobile application. Launching New Products • Launched PayJoy Cash application in Mexico; a cash lending application for unbanked consumers that requires no data aside from a smartphone and a national ID. • Pitched and signed banking partners and designed data back-end for Prosper’s HELOC product. Raising Debt and Equity • Executed multiple securitizations of Prosper.com assets with each securitization comprising $500MM+ of consumer unsecured loan assets. • Sign and manage debt facilities and asset-purchase agreements for $10B+ in loan assets. • Led road show with Payjoy’s CEO that secured $20MM in series B equity from Greylock.
