Jeff’s practice focuses on technology and IP-related business transactions and counseling. For example, Jeff represents many clients in the implementation of digital strategies associated with products, services or content, including distribution through the Internet and mobile platforms, web3 and digital assets. Jeff also works extensively in the area of data acquisition and data analytics, content moderation issues, and e-commerce, large technology and IP-based infrastructure-related projects, and technology acquisition and related services. Jeff counsels clients on privacy and data security issues, including data breach response and remediation.
