An accomplished Supply Chain Executive with 25+ years of cross-functional experience in supply chain management; encompassing large-scale, multi-level, national and international enterprises. I have extensive experience in leading all aspects of supply management operations. With experience managing multi-million dollar contracts across diverse categories and business segments for national and global organisations. I have established and delivered best practice systems and processes, and improved organisational efficiency and reduced costs. I provide supportive team leadership, understating the dynamics of effective teamwork to attain higher levels of performance. I’ve shown the capacity to cultivate strategic alliances with stakeholders, skilled in strengthening partnerships to ensure supply chain strategic plans, regulations and objectives are met and exceeded. I believe strongly that problems are the result of restricted thinking, and I identify with the idea that “there are no problems, only solutions”. I have consistently demonstrated my capacity to think in a careful and discerning way, obtain critical information, and analyse data to solve problems. On a personal note, I enjoy watching Grand Designs, fascinated by the evolution of housing designs, building materials and building methods. I am a proud father, and take pride in seeing my children advance – learning from them along the way too!
