Key Achievements • Leadership Developed and implemented strategic plans to significantly reduce IT costs, created service level agreements and various support initiatives based on industry best practices. • Strategy & Vision Established various IT governance structures creating strong partnerships in setting IT direction. Provided vision, strategy and tactical planning, development evaluation, and coordination of Information Technology. • Talent Development Participated in the full lifecycle of IT staff development including recruitment, managing, coaching and terminating when appropriate. Fostered cultures that promoted employee engagement and teamwork. • Solution Delivery Led the implementation of Enterprise EHR (Epic) for Kadlec Health System – a multimillion-dollar project. The project was delivered on time (14 months) and under budget allowing our organization to receive all Meaningful Use incentives and to obtain Stage 6 on the HIMSS Analytics EMR Adoption Model - Ambulatory & Inpatient • Service Delivery Worked with executive management teams to develop a series of service level agreements with measurable objectives to provide excellent services, communication and accountability. • Operations Management Led IT departments and projects that included administrative systems, clinical applications, research computing, software development, telecommunications, clinical engineering, health information management, data security and IT operations up to 130 FTEs and multimillion-dollars budgets.
