I am a seasoned communications professional with over 10 years of experience in partnering with businesses to launch digital, social media and integrated marketing campaigns that impact a company's bottom line. I joined Tempe-based Salt River Project (SRP) four years ago and was quickly promoted to the Sr. Online Communication Strategist position. At SRP, I oversee the digital strategy for our energy-efficient, environmental and convenience programs. In addition, I manage updates, content and more for websites that include savewithsrp.com. As a digital strategist at SRP, I also help create and launch inbound marketing, content, social media, online advertising and email marketing campaigns. In addition, I also help develop our search engine optimization strategy by executing on-page SEO strategies for select websites. I am passionate about working with hot growth companies that I can help propel forward. I launched my career in the Valley in 2006 working for Sacks PR, a tech-focused agency in downtown Phoenix. My experience includes running a boutique Scottsdale-based agency as the Regional Director and launching my own PR and marketing firm in 2007. Realizing the digital wave that was rapidly changing the communications industry, I shifted my focus toward online marketing. My approach to marketing is to create holistic campaigns that blend the best traditional and digital strategies. This helps ensure customers have the best experience from the moment they see marketing collateral or an advertisement to the time they interact with a company’s website. My expertise includes developing websites, inbound marketing, social media, search engine optimization and email marketing. Passionate about the digital universe, I was one of three members of the Social Media Club (SMC) of Phoenix’s Steering Committee from 2011-2014. During my time with SMC Phoenix, I hosted workshops, planned monthly networking meetings and helped educate other social media enthusiasts.
