I am the Partner responsible for Human Resources at Plante Moran. I specialize in the recruitment, retention, development, and promotion of our firm’s talent. I champion the firm’s “we-care” culture and understand that, even though Plante Moran is often recognized as one of the nation’s best places to work, culture is a work in progress. I encourage all staff to be stewards of that culture. I am known for my strategic, long-term focus and ability to guide seamlessly my staff and the firm through HR-related change management initiatives. I was instrumental in overseeing our new promotion process and talent management system. Prior to assuming this role ten years ago, I spent 20 years as an auditor with Plante Moran’s healthcare practice, ultimately serving as industry group leader. I have a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from The University of Michigan — Dearborn
