Key Qualifications Utilize traditional and innovative training methodology, data-based instructional strategy and blended learning platforms to promote professional development in formal and informal education. Provide vision and leadership in creating and managing comprehensive programs and services to key stakeholders within the organization and high priority clients. Align content and delivery to specific needs and generational preferences by combining seated and virtual instruction, e-learning animated courses, games, videos and electronic resources. Develop thought provoking assessment and collect empirical data to measure retention and drive instruction. Report to senior leadership on performance trends and implement initiatives to improve ROI. Utilize outstanding verbal, written and multimedia production skills in creative and technical writing, public speaking and voiceover work, scriptwriting for animated and live video, executive reports and case studies, marketing/PR materials, survey/assessment tools, and company presentations. Design curriculum from concept to final production using SAM and ADDIE concepts and course authoring tools including Adobe and Storyline products. Successfully navigate and manage major projects using best practices for change management preparation, communication and training. Manage geographically diverse national and international teams, impactful national projects, departmental budget and initiatives, and vendor relationships and programs. Design and deploy robust talent development programs for new hires, interns, managers, and senior leaders. Consult with all stakeholders across the organization to identify performance gaps, suggest learning solutions, deploy strategic initiatives and measure impact.
