I am a distribution specialist using my expertise to lead the operations, maintenance and construction of electric distribution lines both overhead and underground. I have immense management experience and provide the knowledge to provide organizational development. I have supplied safety audits and accident investigations to identify the root cause, In order to develop lessons learned and to prevent the incident from reoccurring. I have organization skills and capable of planning, organizing the overall distribution project/projects as well as interacting with the customer. I have the ability to provide training with training program development and training methods with experience to assist with compliance and safety programs. I am fully accountable for the projects that I'm responsible for while supervising and mentoring my Team. I resolve to set the example and to make a difference.
