Chief Information Officer
The city of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department was created in 1992 to preserve the physical, social and economic health of Phoenix neighborhoods, support neighborhood self reliance, and enhance the quality of life of residents through community-based problem solving, neighborhood-oriented services, and public/private cooperation.
I have served in executive IT leadership positions in government for more than 18 years, with continued success in meeting a broad range of top-level objectives. I have demonstrated success with innovative large scale projects that were cost effective and achieved goals in areas such as mobile and ‘green’ technology solutions, enterprise application integration and development, infrastructure build-out, and systems consolidation.
