My C-Suite and board member roles have left a lasting impact on organisations such as Perth Glory, Football Victoria, and Football Australia. I've developed groundbreaking 4-year strategic plans, was the architect behind Football Victoria’s facilities strategy and advocacy which secured an astonishing $400M in Government funding for community football, and spearheaded the creation of "The Home of the Matildas" at La Trobe University, Melbourne – a $116M investment making it Australia's largest ever football-specific infrastructure project. With a keen eye for innovation, my leadership and foresight have driven major initiatives, including the re-brand of the Australian "Dolphins" Swim Team, the groundbreaking $20M connected stadium strategy at Marvel Stadium, and lucrative commercial and sponsorship arrangements across various roles. I'm proud to have served as a board member at Vicsport, a Change Our Game Champion Ambassador with the Office of Women and Sport & Active Recreation, a member of Cisco's prestigious Sports, Media, and Entertainment Global Customer Advisory Board, and a participant in an elite FIFA Executive Program in 2022.
