As Head Investment Specialist, Perpetual Equities I am responsible for championing the Perpetual Equities business and acting as a conduit between the Equities team and other stakeholders of Perpetual as well as commentary, analysis and technical investment support to institutions, financial advisers and investors of Perpetual Investments’ funds. I have worked in the financial services industry for over twenty years. Prior to joining Perpetual Investments in 2014, I was a Director and Investment Specialist with the Portfolio Management Group of BlackRock Australia. I have also worked for BT Financial Group, Zurich Scudder Investments and Macquarie Bank. I have presented to numerous audiences of advisers and investors (including ASX, AIA and ASA) and have appeared in various media including CNBC, Sky News, Switzer and the ABC. My articles have appeared in various publications including the Journal of Investment Strategy. I graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University in 1996. I am a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and previously lectured on “Managing an International Equity Portfolio” through Kaplan. I have completed the Perpetual Equity Investment Analyst Program (IAP) and Perpetual Talent Program (for High Performing Staff). I am a Graduate Assessor for Perpetual’s Annual Graduate Assessment Program.
