I have worked in various Leadership & Management roles since 1998. My main focus during my career has been to foster an environment with my team that encourages open feedback, delegation, growth & accountability to deliver exceptional customer care. I believe a synergistic team filled with the most unique & diverse characteristics are the key factors in making any type of business successful in any type of economical situation. Through my years of leading various types of teams, from as little as 7 partners to more than 75 team members across a large region, I've set the same SMART Goals. They have been set specificity to achieve & exceed metrics in the retail, food & beverage & health care industry 90 days at a time. By creating these Smart Goals, the teams I've worked closely with have achieved substantial milestones, exceeded business metrics & provided career path stepping stones for promotion within the company.
