Juan Cervantes, a dynamic and diverse individual, currently employed at Patrick Industries, Inc. graduated from International Business College, Fort Wayne, Indiana. With a Graphic Design Major and a Business Minor, Juan began his professional career at a young age. Working at an Accounting Firm, Owens & Company, CPA, Juan obtained knowledge in accounting and standard business practice. A few months after graduating from International Business College (IBC), Juan obtained employment at Frontline Manufacturing as an HR Assistant. Juan did HR for five companies while employed by Frontline Manufacturing, as all five companies were owned by the same individual. On September 6, 2013, Frontline Manufacturing was acquired by Patrick Industries, Inc. Within a couple of months after the acquisition, Juan was promoted to the HR position. Due to Juan's proven work history and quality of work, Juan was given additional responsibilities in early 2015; Patrick Industries, Inc. had purchased Charleston Corporation in late 2014. Juan's additional tasks were to overlook Charleston's HR needs. In late 2015, Patrick Industries, Inc. reached out to Juan to conduct their Customer 1st trainings for their other Business Units. This task was accepted by Juan. In mid-January 2016, Corporate (Patrick) reached out to Juan and offered him a position to join their HR team as a Human Resources Manager.
