For more than 25 years, Philip Schlom has focused his career on providing financial expertise to domestic and international companies across a wide variety of industries. Experiences in the manufacturing and energy sector include metal coatings, oil & gas, natural gas compression, pipeline, cogeneration, and mining. Experience in other industries including general manufacturing, distribution, transportation and telecommunications. Using his vast experience gained through diverse senior-level financial, technical and operational roles, he has a proven capacity to architect and deliver leading-edge strategies that enhance capabilities, improve financial integrity, align business units, scale financial operations, and drive business strategies. Philip has extensive experience leading due diligence for acquisitions, responses to international investigations, and financial and operational turnarounds that improve personnel, systems, compliance and reporting. A certified Six Sigma Blackbelt and lean manufacturing expert, he is passionate about helping companies improve. He believes in a philosophy wherein small impactful changes that, when combined, have a broad business impact. Known for building strong, trusted relationships and being a mentor to many, Philip is skilled in working with investors, the Department of Justice, and key internal stakeholders. He is a promoter of quality, accountability, collaboration and innovation, and has formed, lead and motivated teams of more than 100 people.
