With a deep understanding of building winning cultures and profitable companies to exit, Dave has placed senior level executives and clinical leaders nationwide. He served as a Managing Director & Regional Director for two reputable search firms for 9 years and built/lead the executive and physician & extender recruitment department for a 24 hospital integrated health care system. Dave was CEO of SUMO, LLC, a technology and services company specializing in revenue cycle and compliance. He also served as Vice President of Business Development for an innovative technology company that allows for the seamless exchange of electronic medical records. Dave served as a Hospital Administrator at Texas Health Fort Worth a 720 bed Texas Health Resources flagship hospital, and Longmont United Hospital (Centura) a 183 licensed bed hospital in Northern Colorado. He also created & led from start up, a leading 600+ multi specialty (23 specialties) physician group in Dallas/Fort Wortg.
