Eugene works with high net worth families, individuals and business owners. His investment practice involves recommending customized financial strategies involving asset allocations among stocks and bonds and, where appropriate, nontraditional investments. Eugene began his career in May 2009 at Morgan Keegan & Co. (now part of Raymond James & Co.) and joined Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in May 2012. He received his Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Business Foundations from the University of Texas at Austin and completed his CFP® Certification coursework from Rice University. Eugene is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional (CFP®), earned through The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He holds a General Securities Representative License (Series 7) and a Uniform Combined State Law Examination (Series 66). He is also licensed as an agent for life, accident, health insurance and annuities. He currently sits on the board of the Houston Holocaust Museum Foundation and Jewish Family Services. He previously sat on the Kiwanis Club of Houston and was a mentor to the BigBrothersBigSisters program. In his spare time, Eugene Enjoys spending time with his wife Mollie, working in the garden of the couple's home, and traveling. Eugene is fluent in Russian
