SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: Highly accomplished Construction Executive with more than thirty (30) years of successful experience in the project management, resolution of conflict, negotiation, operations, sales and field management of complex commercial and infrastructure projects. •PERSONAL STRENGTHS: Natural leadership and motivational abilities with individuals of diverse backgrounds. Strong communication skills resulting in consistent performance in the negotiating and problem resolution of complex issues between various groups including private owners, state & federal agencies, architects, engineers, internal interests, contractors and subcontractors. Professional actions and appearance combined with a work history characterized by dependability, loyalty, strong work ethic and proven success. •PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Vast experience planning, directing and reporting all aspects of project compliance, assessment of needs, proposals, project negotiations, change orders, conflict resolution between parties with differing agendas, construction oversight and coordination, contract administration, field representation, safety plans, damage mitigation, and final project closeouts and turnover. •OPERATIONS: Proven record of efficient budget administration (forecasting, tracking and reporting), inventory and cost control, manufacturing coordination, labor management and administration. Charged with all responsibilities associated with the profitability and management of projects and manufacturing facilities. •SALES: Successful track record managing and developing sales teams, identifying and penetrating new markets and establishing successful sales strategies and plans. Leader in all aspects of customer focus (recovery, retention and prospecting) utilizing CRM technologies and conventional tools. •SAFETY: Oversaw and enforced all safety policies / worked with OSHA inspectors to review company’s safety program and instituted their recommendations.
