Infrastructure Inspector for New Residential Construction for LFUCG ensuring builders and developers adhere to their responsibilities for New Residential Construction, currently performing up to 300 monthly inspections. Former Project Manager with Oldcastle Precast and PM/Senior Engineering Tech with Sherman Dixie Conrcrete. I have 25 years experience in various engineering fields, 16 years Precast Concrete experience. Simultaneously manage 120+ precast concrete jobs in various stages totaling in excess of $5 Million. Use Microsoft Dynamics AX MRP and Salesforce - the#1 customer relationship management (CRM) platform, a cloud-based applications for sales, service and marketing. Inside Sales, PEC and drainage quoting, run all jobs from sales order to delivery and customer care.
