Objective is to grow my career by obtaining knowledge in a variety of industries. My future goal is to obtain a regional safety manager position in a company with high safety standards and expectations. My work interests include: continually growing our safety program by motivating employees, recognizing employees for hard work and dedication to the cause, collaborating with employees to find safe solutions for at-risk tasks and celebrating our accomplishments. I enjoy exploring ways to go "above and beyond" compliance to ensure the safety of our employees. My personal interests include running, baking and hanging out with my family. Recently purchased a travel trailer to explore some of the national parks.
