I am a hard working individual, who works well with a team, as well as on my own. I have 15+ years experience in desktop, network support, and systems administration. Project lead on multiple projects including; designing and implementing a $1.19M IT infrastructure at a new manufacturing facility, developing standards for company PC imaging, disaster recovery policy, server migration strategy. Developed and implemented a full site remote desktop strategy for shop floor and office. Part of the facility senior leadership team for 3+ years, creating long range plans, employee relations strategies, maintaining budget of $500K per year, delivering results to corporate sponsors. Continually venture to introduce new technologies and more efficient approaches into the facility and company. Participated in multiple leadership training's, over 6 years, during which I was promoted to a supervisory role as the Systems Administrator. Extensive technical knowledge on a wide variety of systems, can learn complex systems very quickly to be able to implement, administer, document, train.
