Christian Chambers has a track record of executing on growth goals and has established himself as a motivated professional with 20 years diverse business experience. His areas of expertise include brand building, developing and integrating sales systems to manage rapid growth, deep knowledge of distribution strategies, business development, national accounts, trade marketing, brand positioning, team leadership skills. He has a clear understanding of business to business acumen and has developed extensive key accounts relationships. Christian began his career in the wine industry after college working on the production side in the cellars of Napa. He then embarked on a vision he had of the Chilean wine industry that led him to South America, where he became an Export Manager for an estate winery. His experiences during the six years in Chile covered the wide range of responsibilities of taking brands to market, designing marketing materials, the purchasing dry goods, to acquiring and managing importers around the world. He returned to the US and worked in various sales capacities at Treasury Wine Estates as a brand manager on the east coast to a Luxury sales manager in Colorado. For the past seven years, he was the Sales Director at Synergy Fine Wines, where his responsibilities covered all aspects of Synergy sales and business management from sales rep management, sales strategies, brand programming and key account calls. Christian is highly regarded as an innovative, forward thinking wine industry executive with the ability to execute under pressure and solve problems as they arise.
