Amanda Ferguson is part of the Information Systems Team at Nottingham Trent University, as a Service Manager and Coach responsible for the University’s backbone infrastructure. She has spent 25 years in Senior Service Manager and Governance Specialist roles in IT outsourcing, turning round teams, in Finance, Travel and Manufacturing. Interested in using a coaching style of management and motivation to enable academic and professional staff to embrace the changing technical landscape to allow the University to deliver its services differently.
