Currently managing the transformation of Aliaxis’ manufacturing system, operating model, talent management system, and governance in the EMEA regions, as well as managing M&As and due diligence. ■ Managed operational and engineering activities in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Built manufacturing sites from the ground up in Germany, Italy, Romania, and Poland. ■ Led improvement programs throughout career, including re-structuring companies, closing sites, building new sites, moving products and product lines, and creating value in terms of margin and CEBITDA. ■ Controlled finances, including managing P&L and multi-million-euro budgets. ■ Successfully negotiated and built relationships with unions in various countries. ■ Created new functions, organizations, and processes. Hired the right people and helped them to grow and succeed in their roles.
