For the twenty years prior to forming Novigo, he served as AVP and Senior Delivery Manager for Infosys US and Europe Retail Business Unit and was also Head of Mangalore Development Centre which housed 6 Large Business Units and a workforce of around 4,000 people. At Novigo, Praveen utilizes his entrepreneurial skills and strong leadership to build high performance, happy teams for turning strategic ideas into actionable plans to achieve corporate goals. He has an open book communication style which serves as a catalyst for positive change, accelerated revenue growth, and an improved bottom line performance. His experience managing large projects for Fortune 500 companies and strong connections in the industry has strategically positioned Novigo to take on enterprise projects with ease.
