Michelle possesses 25 years’ experience in Talent Development focused on building organizational capabilities that deliver results. Her career has grown through progressively expanded roles that created experience across all facets of Talent Development operations: beginning as a classroom facilitator, managing Delivery Teams, Project Management of large, complex initiatives, as well as Strategic Consulting at the Line of Business and Enterprise level. She now leads the team responsible for the development of over 30,000 associates globally for Cognizant across the employee life cycle.
