Andrew is a Vice President based in North Highland’s Atlanta office. He leads the firm's Global Supply Chain capability, with a specific emphasis on Distribution & Logistics optimization for leading companies in the Retail and CPG vertical. North Highland's Supply Chain capability is recognized by Gartner and ALM for delivering sustainable value for our clients. Andrew has 15 years of management consulting experience, with deep expertise in the areas of Network & Inventory Optimization and Performance Improvement. His experience spans across Strategy Definition, Process Improvement and Systems Implementation. Over his career, Andrew has served 40+ clients across the Retail, CPG and Manufacturing landscape. He has assisted clients ranging from $1 - 100B in annual revenue in building and sustaining operational transformations. Andrew has been quoted as a retail industry expert in leading national publications, including The New York Times and The Washington Post. He has also authored several perspectives on recent retail trends in industry publications, including Apparel Magazine and Total Retail.
