Naveed Rashid is a Senior Solution Leader & Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company and a leader within McKinsey Academy, the Firm's global hub for client leadership development and capability building. At McKinsey Academy, Naveed is the co-founder and global leader for the Digital Academy offering. Digital Academy includes a suite of programs focused on equipping leaders, teams and individuals with the mindsets, behaviors, knowledge and skills to effectively drive and scale digital transformation. Over the past 2 years, Naveed has grown the business over 10x, reaching 60 companies across over 50,000 individual learners. He oversees a global team comprised of capability building experts, learning designers and digital practitioners and coaches. His core responsibilities include owning the global P&L and overseeing product/offering design & development, client development & delivery and program operations. Naveed has also led the global McKinsey Management Program (MMP), a portfolio of management and leadership courses on topics such as Business Strategy, Problem Solving and Team Management. In this role, he led commercial strategy, client development and client relationship management. He grew the MMP to one of Academy's most successful programs with over 150 clients and 10K+ participants representing diverse industries, functions and geographies. Prior to McKinsey Academy, Naveed was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where he managed teams of consultants and clients on topics of strategy, risk and operations, focused in the financial services sector. Naveed has a law degree (J.D.) from Yale Law School and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in History and Political Science.
