I'm currently working as a Senior Commercial Content Editor for the Commercial Content Production team at News Corp Australia. I also freelance for Escape and escape.com.au, the most widely read travel brand in the country. Along the way, I studied law. I was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2019 and I completed my placement with the in-house counsel at News Corp Australia. I have a keen interest in media law, including defamation, freedom of speech, and privacy, as well as the legal issues that make headlines. I have also written extensively for the Law Society Journal, an award-winning legal industry magazine based in Sydney. Away from the desk, I volunteer as a Community Officer for Ambulance Victoria, which involves answering Triple Zero (000) calls in rural and regional areas and working with a paramedic to provide emergency medical services.
