I have been the Global Head of eCommerce for Nespresso since 2009. I have more than 15 years of experience in the Digital Industry, both within Fortune 500 companies (Air France & Nestlé) and start-ups (Online Advertising & CRM).When starting in my current role, I took over a centrally managed online organisation of 7 people. It is now 500+ experts strong, operating through 40 countries, with sales from digital channels growing from millions to billions over this defining period.I believe that a successful digital transition for an international brand starts with people, involves focusing on the appropriate balance between operational demands and new innovation, listening to customers while anticipating needs they can’t yet express and remaining agile while preserving the capacity to scale globally.
