Established in the mid 1970's, New England Biolabs, Inc. (NEB) is the industry leader in the discovery and production of enzymes for molecular biology applications and now offers the largest selection of recombinant and native enzymes for genomic research. NEB continues to expand its product offerings into areas related to PCR, gene expression, sample preparation for next generation sequencing, synthetic biology, glycobiology, epigenetics and RNA analysis. Additionally, NEB is focused on strengthening alliances that enable new technologies to reach key market sectors, including molecular diagnostics development. New England Biolabs is a privately held company, headquartered in Ipswich, MA, and has extensive worldwide distribution through a network of exclusive distributors, agents and seven subsidiaries located in Canada, China, France, Germany, Japan, Singapore and the UK.

I am a molecular biologist by background, and still carry that hunger to learn and contribute to the science that will further our understanding of disease, as well as improve the environment that we live in. My career path has taken me away from the bench and into the commercial side of the life sciences. More specifically, I have experience in product and technology marketing, global and regional sales and marketing, strategic and operational planning, and business leadership. I have also lead numerous successful teams, and enjoy the opportunity to coach and develop staff of all levels. I believe strongly that customer experience is the key to all competitive advantage. As such, I have a passion for analyzing how life science companies can further enhance their brand value through the development of truly unique touch points with their customers, whether it be through digital transformation or enhanced interactions with marketing, sales, and service professionals. Today, I lead the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service operations of New England Biolabs (NEB), which gives me the unique opportunity to ensure that all of these customer touch points deliver value and in a manner that is consistent with our corporate and brand values.
