If you are in insurance and have questions ranging from 'What is causing our claims quality to suffer and what can we do about it?' to 'How will we ever complete the never ending saga of the data warehouse?' to 'How do we integrate these companies and systems?' This is where I come in.People say that I love data riddles and painful analysis contortions. They are correct. I work tirelessly to determine the optimal way to present findings that engage and motivate to take action. My presentations have earned positive feedback from executives at all levels, including my favorite, 'This is probably the single best analysis of results and drivers I have ever seen.' In addition:-I run towards dysfunctional data warehouses projects because I know what it feels like when they work and work well.-I parachute into contentious and difficult mergers and acquisitions to integrate people, systems and technology because I love to learn from a former competitor.-You will hear me ask, 'How can I help?' when it comes to shutting down legacy systems because I realize how critical that task can be for an organization and I don't care who gets credit.Finally, I am very adaptable – sensing when to lead and when to follow. My positions and roles are as diverse as the companies I have worked for in my career – programmer, data miner, analyst, researcher, project manager, marketer, strategist and team builder.
