Strong leader offering a unique skill set maintaining technical proficiency while concurrently providing visionary and strategic direction to an organization. Very business-centric and believes the true value of technology is the application of carefully selected technologies to achieve business goals and objectives. I joined National Beverage Corp. to lead the modernization of key stategic systems, processes, and technologies within the IT function. Concentration is focused on leveraging proven technologies with an immediate goal of building a solid foundation from which more leading edge technologies can be implemented to more effectively compete in the consumer products / beverage space. Prior to this, I spent almost a year in Sheffield England building and operating Green Bullion's international initiative responsible for operations, IT, fulfillment management, procurement, marketing, human resource management, and administration. International operations included 90 employees and conducted operations in 6 European countries. I am a seasoned veteran in the information technology field with more than 20 years experience. I began my computer career in the Air Force and have held positions ranging from applications developer to CIO. I have worked in numerous industries including consumer goods, telecommunications, manufacturing, distribution, transportation, retail, and direct marketing. I have overseen or held key leadership roles in 4 major ERP implementations or migrations.
